Depends on what/how much your cycling and how prone you are to gyno.
i go 1.25mg eod and 10mg nolva ed
one squirt is .25 if this is what you're asking
0.75-1.25mg EOD
Don't be shy about going up to 2.5mg if you have a serious problem. Be ready for a hell of a drop in your sexual desire though.
