B12
Would Vitamin B12 Injectable Cyanocobalamin be effective for someone who has anemia and ulcers? If so how often should it be taken?

I am no M.D. but I would have to say......NO. Conditions like those would best be treated by your physician.

It would only be helpful for anemia caused by B-12 deficiency. That is pretty rare. Most anemia associated with ulcers is from iron loss.
