    Exclamation 2nd cycle: little help

    thinkin about some test and some sust. Any one have any ideas of what kind of test and how much and long. I've heard mixed things on sus.

    give us a bit more info on yourself brotha...age, ht/wt, what was your first cycle, anything else you deem relevant, etc.

    and cantgwit is right -- sust is a testosterone blend. if you're going to do that, i'd say no need to add an additional test ester to it. that being said, i'd choose a single ester over sust anyday...but that's my preference.

    OK here it is I did deca at 200mg/wk and then 300mg/wk, total 6wks. Also d-bol up to 20mg/day. I know it's weak cycle I'm just starting. 36 6'1 200

    deca 200 first 4wks last 2wks 300. d-bol cycled up to 20mg/day.
