when to shoot

is there any benefit of injecting at certain times of the day or even before or after a workout? for my last cycle i would always shoot up before my workout.

For esters, no.

For no-ester suspensions, yes.

I inject in the morning right after i get out of the shower. Skin is soft, and your clean. Pin goes right in..

for my test c, the ester is like 3.5 days i believe.. so i do it Tuesday morning then friday night.. but you don't have to inject at a certain time, morning or night.. just use personal preference.
