    Joint Pain??

    Hey guys, Im in the middle of my 3rd week of a Sust cycle and my shoulders are killing. My elbows are starting to hurt pretty damn bad too, but I can stand them. Literally after a few sets of triceps or chest or anything I walking around the gym holding my arm like its broken to give my shoulders some relief. Any suggestions? I need some help quick though cause I dont want to waiste this cycle waiting for my shoulders and stuff to get better.

    bro you should take some glucosamine withh MSM for joint pain. The bad part about it is that you have to take it for about 3-4 weeks before it starts "working", in the meantime if you like tea, drink lots and lots of green tea(the real stuff not lipton,etc) It helped me with joint pain but when I was on winny. You may have done an exercise incorrectly, have you thought of that?

    Bro I get mine @ www.teatech.com

    Remember when you're on juice, you get stronger, so you have to be careful. Is the pain within thhe joint or does it feel like a muscle pain?

    I go to my friend that owns a nutrition store, so I get it from him. But see if any stores around you carry the stuff. Like BIGGER said, so you dont have to pay for shipping.

    If you can I would get an MRI done, or go to a speacialist. The similar thing happened to me a long time ago, but I knew it was me mispalcing a weight on the rack. I felt something weird in my shoulder, the next day I couldnt lift it up. So I went to a speacialist, took an MRI, and said that I was really close in tearing my tendon. I stayed out of thhe gym for about 2 weeks, went back lifted light and in 4 weeks I was back to normal. Next cycle I took deca , no shoulder pain till today and I'm lifting heavy time to time.

    21 day cycles(1 amp a day), and some people notice relief within the first day. I have never used it, because I don't have joint problems yet. But I've been told by some users that it feels like they have shock absorbers on their joints.

    ALFLUTOP

    ALFLUTOP® is a natural, opotherapic product manufactured by BIOTEHNOS S.A. Romania, with distinctive therapeutical properties, proved by tests and studies performed for over 18 years.

    ALFLUTOP® , conditioned as injectable solution, contains in 1 ml 10 mg sea fish bioactive concentrate ( amino acids, low molecular mass peptides, mucopolysaccharides, trace elements: Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn), maximum 5 mg/100ml phenol as preservative.

    ALFLUTOP® falls into the group of chondroprotective products having anti-hyaluronidase, antiinflammatory and analgesic action:

    inhibits hyaluronidase excess;
    restores chondrocytes homeostasis in damaged tissues;
    stimulates regenerative processes at cartilage level;
    adjusts synovial fluid synthesis;
    stimulates superoxide dismutase;
    inhibits occurrence of superoxide free radicals.

    The clinical trials have confirmed the efficacy of ALFLUTOP® in degenerative articular, post-traumatic pathology and abarticular rheumatism:

    extremely few adverse reactions;
    lack of major complications;
    well tolerated, including the patients sufferring from gastrointestinal, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases;
    a favourable ratio of costs and clinical efficacy.

    The clinical trials showed the therapeutical effect of ALFLUTOP® in the treatment of periarthritis, spondiloarthrosis, spinal disc injuries, ankylopoietic spondilitis, Reiter syndrome, rheumatoid polyarthritis.

    ALFLUTOP® is also produced as gel and suppositories.
