cutting or bulking cycle
Hi. Need some help to decide which way to go with my next cycle. i'm 35 220 lbs 5'11 17% bf. havent been to the gym for 6 months due to back injuries. before my injury just finished 12 wks 400 mg deca 600mg test e and 6wks whiiny. my stats before i was injuried ( car accident) 245 lbs 15% bf was just to start first cutting cycle of tren ,prop and whinny. so I would like to know If i should start another strength bulking cycle or should i do my cutting with diet and cardio to get ripped up and stay happy with the remaining muscle i have or should I bulk up. If you think i should bulk up and worry about cutting later any advise in dropping bf while increasing muscle gains? thanks for your help and time

you need a cutting cycle bro

I would train naturally for a while get your bodyfat down to 10% or so then do a bulking cycle.
