please help need cycle advice

Please, if anyone out there could help me with this i would very much appreciate it. Right now i am wanting to put on some good quality mass and strength and shed a little body fat at the same time. I am about to do my first cycle involving fina and would like to know what type of test to run with it to get the best results? Also should i run winstrol too, if so should i use depot or tablets? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Would you mind posting your stats/info? This will give the members on here a bit more insight about you. If I read correctly this will be your "first" cycle? You probably will not want to run fina in your first cycle for a number of reasons. I think that you will find that everyone will be more than willing to help you provided that you are willing to listen to reason and experiance. If it is your first cycle go with a Test only cycle @ 500mg's/wk for 10-12 weeks. If you have any more questions please ask.

right now i am 5'9'' about 185 give or take a few pounds and probable 15-16% bodyfat. I have been lifting for 6 yrs but had to take a break for the last 9 mos due to this i have put on a good twenty pounds of excess weight. However, when i said it was my first cycle with tren i meant it would be the first time i was going to run tren in a cycle not that this was my first cycle.

In past cycles i have ran two test only cycles and a test-eq cycle although i think i should have taken something like winstrol with the third cycle, i feel i put on too much water weight that time

if i were to run test with it i would run prop. and take it at the same time as the fina. prop means less water retention. eq would go well also

im not all that familiar with prop what kind of doses should i run, how much and how often ?

also should i still use tren ed or eod?

and how much tren would be adequate to run with the test, is 50mg enough?
