    First Cycle Advice

    Hello

    I have decided to to do a cycle and it will be my first.

    These are my Goals:
    Gain 5kg+ Lean Muscle
    Lose 2-3 kg Fat

    Experience:
    Been Training on and off for 6 years. Last 2 years been serious.

    I have been researching for around 9mnths now. I have been reading up on heaps of sample Cycle/Stacks and they all most say that TEST has to be on every cycle.

    With so many Steroid Types to use I am confused as to what to use

    This was the last recomendation:

    Test Prop 75-100mg EOD
    Winny 50mg ED
    Clen through whole cycle?
    Arimdex during and Nolva as PCT ( I can post daily amounts if needed)

    I was thinking that maybe some Deca or Eq be added.
    Do I really need to add the Clen for fat loss?

    Any Advice would be greatly appreciated

    Sounds ok I would not add any thang to the prop/winnie and being your first clcle the prop would probly do. As far as the clen I would mos def add if your trying to burn fat.

    do a simple cycle such as deca 400 test 500 mg every week simple and easy
    run 10 to 20mg nolva a week with vitamin b6 at 200mg
    finishing up with clomid for 3 weeks

    I do not want any bloat ad water retention....

    Or should I cut el natural and then hit the Mass with Test and somethign else.
    I do not want to waste my first cycle...... on something that could have been so much more productive if done right.

    At the end of the Day I only need 5kg of Lean Muscle while losiing 3 kg of Fat.
    so if I put on 2-3 kg on my current weight while dropping 3kg of Fat I would be happy indeed.

    bro you need to realize that cutting and bulking at the same time are next to impossible. Gaining wieght requires you eat more food, but to lose body fat you need a calorie deficit. YOu see what Im talking about now. Prop/winny is more of a cutting cycle and will help you preserve muscle mass while dropping bf if you follow a cutting diet

    Yeah i hear what you are saying.

    What you guys rekon to this:

    Save my Fresh Receptors for Test cycle after I have cut.
    I only need to cut about 3kg's

    For now do a winnie only cycle with Clen to Preserve?
    or Should I just Cut el natural........3kgs should take 6 weeks i rekon.
    Using Clen to aid and then hit the Test with focused intensity as a first Time Mass cycle. I will probably add something to the Test depending on advice and my own research
