how do you guys aspirate on delts...? you cant use the hand in the arm your sticking..... i tried to pull plunger up wit my thumbtip but didnt work too well

i ended up just plunging but i know that can be dangerous.. there might not be an easy way but i thought i'd ask

Just stick and pull back with the opposite hand. It takes some practice, but you will soon master it

Funny enough i was having the same problem last night.

The muscle will hold the needle in place. I don't recommend completely letting go of the syringe but I do release it enough to gently slide my hand out to the plunger, aspirate , gently slide my hand back in and inject.

Easier than it sounds.

there is a learning curve to it, but you should pick it up quite quickly. I can tell you that every place you can inject you can easily aspirate just takes a little practice. I usually put the plunger between my middle and pointer finger and hold the barrel of the syringe between my thumb and ring finger.

Try quads. That is the easiest place to inject with proper aspiration. Next easiest is probably pecs.
