Another 1st cycle post (please respond)
Hello everyone. Im new to the forum and I wanted some of you guys opinions. I am 24 years old and have been training for about 9 years now. I am 6ft tall and currenty weigh 225 pnds. Not too sure about the bf but its somewhere around 14-15 percent. I want to start my first cycle and I wanted to know what you guys think. I have done a good bit a research but I still wanted to hear others opinions. I know i want to run sus250 in my cycle but im a bit stumped after that. I chose the sus due to less water retention. I am looking to put on alot of QUALITY mass. I just need a good first cycle for quality gains which I can keep after the cyc. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to post them. Some of my 1 rep maxes are as fallows(not that it matters)
*Bench Press>425
*Squat>545(need to work on that)
