Is test bad on your joints?
There was a post a while back that referenced a study on the effects of various steroids (including test) on joints.
The study basically said that test was bad for joints, but some other steroids were worse (such as winstrol).
According to the study, there were 4 steroids that actually improved joints-primobolan, deca, anavar, and eq. The eq helped joints the most.
You might search this forum, the study was something to do with "collagen synthesis".
And hGH was the peptide hormone that gave the greatest amounts of collagen synthesis
Good to know thanks bro!!! I hade no idea var helped joints are you shur? And eq is better than deca? Is that the order of least to best primo, deca, var, eq? :scratch:Quote:

So do you think it would be a bad idea for me to take 500 ml of test-e for 12 weeks even though I have a compressed disc (L-4,L-5), and a shoulder that has dislocated 6 times? I am able to train still. I have mild problems with my back more than my shoulder.
collagen is what your tendons are made of. Synthesis is when your body makes it. read the link in the above post, you will get some info on it...Quote:

if my memory is correct, Anavar just barely helped, but that is OK...look how many steroids actually hurt joints !
I always thought that deca helped joints the best?
Thanks bro!!!! :rolleyes:Quote:
