    spot injections do they work?

    wot do u guys think of spot injections? do u think that they help u build muscle more quickly in injected spot, or are they just a waste of time. if they dont help u build muscle faster in one spot wots the point in all these chest,bis,tri,lat injections??

    they dont make the spot bigger, if that was the case, think how big peoples asses and thighs would be! whats the point of spot injections? well when you have 10+ injections per week, its nice to have different locations to stick!

    Agreed. People shoot many different spots b/c of every day injections they must consantly rotate to different muscles.

    It never did , the most that will happen is that it swells the muscles for a day or two.

    I believe spot injections work great as far as the theory of rotating injection sites. I have noticed very little if any local growth at injection sites.

    Just hit delts for 1st yesterday, had to, would dare stick my glutes after the prop (LOL), let them rest for a few more days !!OUCH!
