    A simple question...

I have a bottle of 6 OXO which is suppose to be one of the best anti estragins on the market. If i use that when im cycling, and do a lot of running, do you think it will be enough to stop gynecomastia ??? or should i also start taking novaldex???

I can't see how running will prevent gyno from comming or not. I would use it in conjunction with nolva. For some reason, and this could just be me, but I don't trust a supplement to prevent gyno, I'd prefer to go with what's tried and true. JMO, though.

A nutritional supplement will never rival the effects of prescription drugs. They are simply in a different class.
