hey what's up.. I am running
prop (100mg-eod for 2 weeks..then 50mg eod for 7 weeks)
winny (50mg-ed for 6 weeks)
deca (150mg x 2/weekfor 8 weeks)
I want to cut, the deca is for joint pain...has anyone done such a cycle and how were your gains? how long did it take to notice improvement? + should i add test e say week 5 to week 12

adding test-e for 7 wks would be a waste...you should be running more prop, at LEAST 150mg EOD, or better is 75mg ED...and why drop it after 2 weeks?? 50 mg EOD is waaaay to low
thanks for your reply...should i save the winny and run test e for 12 weeks withe prop and deca, then winny in week 8? keeping the prop at say 100mg eod.

depending on where you currently are in cycle, i would drop the winny completely, run test-e for 12 weeks at 500mg/week, and use the prop as a kickstart for the first 3 weeks at 150mg EOD, and keep the deca as is for your joints
