    Point in using Glutamine while on??

    I know before this cycle i used glutamine like a mad man. Found that being natural i require this. Now that im on I'm wondering if i should still be taking it. Do you guys?? And if so how much?? I was taking about 20g+ a day before i started this first cycle.

    20 g a day!! wow, i take 10g a day split up into 2 doses when im cutting, one before morning cardio, and one later in afternoon...

    I've actually seen posts where guys were taking 30+ mg a day. Dunno know though.

    I take 10 mg a day split up in two doses and have been doing so for years, even before I began using AAS. I would recommend you maintain your doses.

    k thanks. Is that just a myth that if you take you glutamine and protien together they fight for receptors and you wont get the full effect of the glutamine??

    yeah thats just a myth, i use protein glutamine and creatine at the same time so it aint a big deal

    how do u guys find glutamine i;ve never tried it but been thinking of buying some.
    wot advantages to u get from it?

    It's my understanding that creatine and protien fight for receptors and should be taken seperately. Glutamine and protien togther are fine.

    why the hell wouldnt you use it? i use it constantly. my protein has about 5g per scoop so i consume about 25-30g daily. it helps so much with recovery.

    most protein powders have plenty already in them. why is buying extra individual glutamine necessary?
