Drinking on a cycle?
your thoughts? Someone told me you just have to take it easy and someone else said none at all. I couldnt really find anything when i tried looking it up.

Never heard of any scientific results on boozing while on the gear, however I have had personal experience when I was on my second stack. I was using two orals Naps and Winnie over 13 weeks. I like to drink every Friday and I drink maybe 10-12 double vodka and red bull over the night, starting at 8pm until 3am.
The point is I started to get some pain in my liver and felt realty sh--y, so I cut the gear short and stopped drinking for about a month. I brought some Liv 52 and milk thistle and proceeded to detox.
I now limit drinking to once per month when cycling.
As I said no medical proof just my experience

Avoid alcohol while on cycle if you can--mainly because its effects run counter to the goals of Body Building. If you absolutely can't avoid the temptation, stay away from hard liquor and keep consumption of beer or wine to a minimum. If you're using Orals (AA17 especially) use liver protectants and keep the frequency of consumption really low. No weekend benders.
Again, it's best to refrain altogether while on cycle. If you're really about achieving your BB goals, you won't want anything in your body that interferes with acheivement of those goals.

alcohol is very catabolic not to mention the extra strain youll put on your liver

i personally do not drink whilst on gear however others do,each to their own and everythin in moderation.
