Current cycle question

I am currently running test e at 750mg week, EQ at 500mg week, Dbol 50mg ed and tren at 75mg ed. Taking 10mg Nolvadex ED and 1.25mg Letro EOD. I am going to start 40mcg's of IGF-1 Long R-3 next week for 25 days. I just read that Letro increase's your IGF levels. Will it be ok to take with the IGF-1 Lr3? Also I have not had any thoughts about sex in over a week......... Usually I need sex 3 times a day...Is that the Letro side effect?
Should I stop the letro and just keep it on hand if needed?
