A DNP question that no one knows exactly
Alot of bros here have great info on DNP ,except for 1 thing.....no on seems to know exactly how to eat on DNP I have read MANY mixed opinions and I dont even know if there is a right answer.
The big question is.......DIET. What do you eat for best results.
I hear low carbs, I also hear lots of carbs. Some say eat tons of fruits. Some even say it doesnt matter what you eat the results will still come.
Does anyone know for sure with facts?

That link still doesnt really answer the question. Sure I know you can eat carbs and still burn lots of fat but for best results what it the perfect diet while on DNP ....?

just got below 10% on my last cyckle, for me to get there i had to eat just protein and fruits. Depends on your bf% how your diett should be. No one is the same, you would have to do some cyckles and see what is best for you since no one can give you the correct anwser there buddy, only you..

some people says eat alot of carbs and the dnp effects will be coupled.
some says dont go low carbs!
I did both and noticed no difference

Vandoo my first cyckle was with a crappy diett compared to the ones i have now , crazy ass diet i should lose fat like hell even without dnp but still i lost the most when i was an fatass... btw whats your bf%?

from what i understand the more carbs you eat on DNP the hotter you get. that would be reason enough to get me to stay away from carbs on DNP in the summer

there is no one perfect diet. you have to find out for yourself what is a perfect diet for your body type. i lose much more weight when i limit calorie and carb intake at 800mg where as my buddy eats like a slob while running dnp at 200mg a day and loses just as much. don't know why but i'm sure you get the picture.

I also hear eat lots of fruit to replenish your glycogen(sp) stores. But fruit has lots of simple sugars with equals lots of carbs. And I dont feel like sweating to death. I think I am going to just keep it clean and simple. High protein low fat low carbs. I will be doing 400-600mg ED this will be my 4th time using DNP .....but its been over a year since the last time I did.......I will make a diary.

my trick now is i just dont take any slin before bed, rub the fats in yohimburn, do some hard hiit kardio and goto sleep. when i wake up the next day i swear i can see less fat overall.

And what exactly do you recommend as far as diet. I am carb depleted right now, I start my DNP tomorrow. I decided on 600mg for 15 days......

Dnp is a whooole new can of worms in terms of dieting, and I'm pretty sure swole has showed his complete dislike for that product, so maybe he's not the best to ask in this case. ANY other diet question should be forwarded right to him though. hahah

Ok started 600mg today and will be doing 600mg for the next 16 days. I will update it in CYCLE RESULTS I already have a diary in there so I will post it in there.
