    t-3

    just got my t-3 25mcg tabs should i start off taking 1 a day then increse slowly up to 100mcg

    I'm no pro, but I only took the following per day of the 25mg T-3's (Cytomel ) x 60 tabs over 40 days. BTW, you will sweat your ass off and lose a ton of weight. Okay not a ton, but I did lose a little over 20 pounds while on Cytomel and dieting after my last cycle. My log says I went from 252.5 lbs. to 231 lbs. in just 4 weeks.

    ½ = 12.5mcg
    1 = 25mcg
    1½ = 37.5mcg
    2 = 50mcg
    2½ = 62.5mcg
    3 - 75mcg

    ½ - ½ - ½ - ½ - ½ - 1 -1 - 1 -1 - 1½ - 1½ - 1½ - 1½ - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2½ - 2½ - 2½ - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - ½ - ½ - ½ - ½ - ½ - ½

    25mcg day one and increase by 25mcg every 4 days until you get to 100 and then eventually taper back down every 4 days by 25mcg again until you get to 25mcg and then go or off, or even if you'd like go down to 12.5 after you've reached 25mcg and then go off.

    I hope your not running T3 on its own at 100mcg. It will burn muscle at a good rate!
