what pin size to inject suspension??

Ok, here is what I have:

it is test suspension TNE 100 by illusion Laboratories. What pin do I use to inject this stiff. I slin pin won't cut it as I was previously told.
Plus, any of you guys used thsi before? thoughts bro's? thanks.

Test Suspension is water based so you don't need to use a larger pin size like you would with a typical oil based. I use a 23g pin for oil based, so something that size or a little smaller would work just fine for suspension.

I use 25 for water based.

It aslo depends on if they managed to micronize the test properly. I have made a few batches of TNE now, and my first attempts would not go through a 25. after adding a surficant, it works just fine. see how small of a pin you can draw it out of the bottle with, and go from there

Try a 23ga and if it goes nicely through that, try a 25. If not, try a 22 if you can find some or a 21 (ouch factor will be a bit high with a 21.) Suspension from different labs often varies greatly in particulate size and therefore necessitates different pin sizes. Some homebrewers have reported success with insulin pins. I think Spydie's recipe is kinown for passing through very small pins. Usually, a 23 will pass suspension or winny with no problem.

I used spydie's, and it goes through the 25, I don't have a smaller pin to try or I would. I don't know that it would work much lower than 25 though. I have got a few clogs when drawing, never shooting.
