    What is DNP

Can any one tell me what DNP is or what the full name is? I have heard a lot of things about this stuff, both good and bad. Would like to improve my knowledge so all info would be welcome.

2,4 dinitrophenol is the chemical name. Don't screw with it unless you know what you are doing. It can be obtained legally if you are creative enough.

Okay dude so I did some research for ya.fighteveryone was correct. Also it was taken off the market because of a false claim. However here are a some side-effects to taken into consideration.

    Overheating
    carcinogenesis
    discomfort and sweating
    insomnia
    Discoloration of bodily fluids
darker urine, semen yellow and vaginal secretions
    muscle soreness
    carbohydrate cravings
    lack of energy and lethargy.
They say that it is not illegal to have but they are still doing chemical researches on it. Oh yeah and that it is illegal to put out on the market.

smart move. Very dangerous stuff. I was interested in it until i read all the dangers and If's and maybe's....too much of a risk. Just stick with a good diet plan and workout schedule. Shoot i only been dieting and cardio for a week now seriously and so far 5lbs off my body. But ofcourse the first few is the easiest. But good luck to ya brother. Loads of info on this site, love it.
