The best of both worlds???
I'm new. Yes, that is right. I used to post all day long but took about a year off due to injury and a new born baby. I have been training hard for the last 6 months and am ready for something new! Due ot my work "needs" I am going to try to stay lean and keep ALL the endurance I can! I need some help. No......no cycle plans or stupid questions. Yes, I have been reading all the "new member" stuff not to ask and so on. So, please give me some advice. I need to get stronger, faster, good lungs, and a sh*t load of endurance. I need very little body fat and I have done some cycles before and have come very close to 245 lbs. I need something different. What is the best -endurance AND strength- juice to take?? How...when..why. I know alot about getting big and strong but very little about running 6 min. miles and staying big and strong!!

EQ is a good endurance drug because of its effect on boosting your red blood cell count. That way your body holds more oxygen and has more endurance.

Winstrol suspention, TNE, and EQ would be the stack i would do

TNE is test ne ester suspended in water. it mixes really nice with winny susp. and shoots very easy. it does cause some sorness, but it is wonderful for a no water gain cycle. make sure you find some nice micronized stuff and it will go through a 25 gauge really easily

Is it still ok to do lots of cardio with TNE. I do about 1 hour a day.

only problem with TNE, which i believe is the same as suspension is it needs to be shot multiple times throughout the day. As far as endurance is concenred i would just stick to cardio... it's the only way to get a sustainable amount of endurance, althoguh EQ increases red blood cells it's not permenant and once you stop it decreases to what it was before using. if you want size go with prop, and stick to the cardio, obviously you wont gain as much as lower amoutn of cardio but you want endurance so you gotta sacrifice a little bit.

TNE is suspention. It needs to be shot twice a day for an even blood level.

I don't really care about size. I have been there and done that. I work for a Fire Department and need strength and endurance. I would be happy at 175 lbs. The problem for me is that I am thick and short. It is hard work!!

hmm if size isn;t a big concern then like i said go prop and do lots of cardio to build up your endurance more. you could perhaps throw in some var along with the prop (although i dont know much about it.)

EQ is decent as a choice and so is the win. Only thing is that the win will deplete ur minerals increasing chances of craps, depending on how high of a does u go. So i would make sure that u load up on a mineral formula and maybe just a little multi w/ a little iron in it. Glycerol is something worth looking into, for it helps u store more water for better hydration, have it with some protien and simple carbs. Pycnogenol is also a product that i had a lot of cyclists and even a person who was involved with the tour de france using it claiming it made a big difference. pycnogenol.com is a good site for info. Other than that its up to u and ur training, most juice helps with ur blood cell count, EQ is known for it and u can take it for a long period of time with no worries. So perhaps use it to ur advantage when u most need it. Your always going to feel better on a cycle anyway. I dont know if ur preparing for some physical test. MCT's are also a great idea for sustained energy.
