I have gone through several different techniques on bulking up, i went from Creatine, to protein shakes, i even tried eating fast food like crazy thinking that because it was high calories i would bulk up, and i did but i burned it off really fast. I have gone about a year before i actually decided to get on the juice. Do you think there was a better cycle i could have done, because i thought this was the best because you retain alot of gains, small side effects and good for bulking.
