Propinate cycle help

Well I made the mistake here

and I had an infection in my finger that I had to take antibiotics for. so I stoped my prop only cycle. I stoped Sunday and started clomid therapy, 300mg and 100mg ED thereafter with 1mg Adex . Now The antibiotics will be done friday and my pain has subsided. Can I want to start back up my prop cycle on monday? I was doing 1ml ED and im thinking of going 1/2ml ED To see if that helps with the constat pain I had. So Is this ok or is there something else I should do before starting? Thanx guys
