    What size?

    I'm currently poking in my quads and glute. Been thinking of trying a new location such as the delts, but I don't want to stick a long needle there since my delts aren't big, I'm thin, and don't want to bone. May sound funny, but it's the truth. What size needle would you all recommend?

    Use this as a rule of thumb..... 23- 25 gauge 1.5" for glutes and 1" damn near everywhere else.

    I use 23g 1.5"ers for glute and 23g 1"ers everywhere else.
