I've had several friends run Deca alone and to this day I hear the same song out of them

Deca alone will shut you down hard and speaking of the word "hard" you might not get that way for a long time if you go with deca alone.
but how much did they use, even if i used a smaller dosage would it still have same effect?
oh...and deca will shut you down with as little as 100 mgs per week.
Not a smart idea to run deca by itself because of reasons stated above and why run a smaller dose when side effects will be the same with a less effective cycle.....it doesn't make any sense bro. Make testosterone as your base and go from there.
I dont get the point. Why dont you go for deca and test to get some real gains, and in terms of sides using testo+deca= less sides than deca alone, IMO.

week 1-10 300 mg deca week
week 1-10 400 mg test e week
week 1-15 10 mg nolvadex ed
week 7-12 50 mg winny ed
is this too mcuh for first cycle?? should i leave out the winny
also pct with clomid
Yeah...I would leave out the winny. Some might think your dosages are a little high for your first cycle, but I think it looks pretty good. At least clomid for PCT. BTW, you are trying to bulk, right?Quote:

I really dont see a need for hcg on this short of a cycle..
also run the test 1 week past deca so pct times will match up...
i have heard the opposite, my friend had great results with 300mg of qv a week.
well thats what i have and i have a friend who gained 20 pds in 10 week cycle of deca alone with no sides, i just want to hear everyones input
just because everyone on here thinks you need to stack everything with something doesn't mean its true. everyone is different.
this being my first cycle, should i take the full 300 or maybe half??
i took a 600mg deca cycle only per week and i gained about 25-30 pounds but then when i came off i lost all but about 10 or so pounds. my motivation after i came off was in the pooper though for quite some time. i wouldn't recommend it. throw some test in there and i'm sure you'll be a lot more satisfied.
if it's your first cycle why not do test only so you'll know how you react to the one substance instead of trying to guess between the two substances which one gave you the side effects?Quote:

I did deca only for 10 weeks on my first cycle I had done no research and didnt even know what PCT was, the results wernt too bad though I didnt get deca dick and kept appox 10-15 pounds of my gains, my second cycle was deca and test, much better results and less sides oddly enough, just because you stack doesnt mean you are a bad-ass roid junkie or anything no more that if you ran a single.Quote:

I just came off a 10 week deca alone cycle of 100 mg/week (took my last shot yesterday) and I had great results. 6'4 started at 220, ended at 250 lbs lean, bodyfat stayed the same, grew like a horse. Got viagra to combat deca dick. I ran a low dosage to keep side effects minimal.
The funny thing is, many people say its a bad idea to run deca by itself, while most of the people I talked to including myself had great gains. The only downside is the risk of losing it all, which would make me extremely depressed. But again, I took a low dosage so hopefully most of the gains will stay.
