Looks good, that's about all you need.
And in response to the results to expect, it varies with everyone but providing you have proper nutrition and a decent training program you can expect some impressive strength and mass gains.
You may want to add some Dbol or Tbol to that cycle to jumpstart your cycle. The effects of the Test E will not be fully felt to weeks 4 - 5.
wk 1-4 Dbol 30mg/ED

Is 500 a week enough for a second cycle, I finished my last cycle and PCT 10 weeks ago. Also, how long can I run test only?
