What to do in certain situations

Guys i normally inject every monday and thursday. ever since i started taking Test Eth, it goes in real smooth and nice, dont feel anything till tomorrow when i feel like i got shot. i work out my shoulders on Thursday.

This week i injected on monday, today is thursday and my shoulders still feel really sore. just by putting my hands over my head it hurts let alone using weights.

What do i do? should i just work out tomorrow? what about my shot for today? should i just inject tomorrow and give my shoulder another day of rest.

Shoot today and start rotating your injection sites so it isn't just shoulder shots. If your shots still hurt too much for you start cutting them with some b12 or sterile oil.

ok by cutting them with sterile oil means pretty much to add sterile oil to the syringe with the test in it?

Yes...Dilute it.
I use b12 personally when i cut and it helps.
