    Too much water?

i have increased my intake of water over the past few weeks but i have recently heard some information that too much water can be a bad thing.

How much water is "too" much?

The reason why I ask this is because i find myself pissing like a racehorse!! it becomes a problem when i have to piss every ****ing hour....sometimes twice an hour.

    Current water intake:

    off cycle - 1 -1.5 gallons/day
    on cycle - 2 gallons/day

any help or thoughts would be appreciated!

You are doing the right thing. "Too much" water would be drinking a gollon within a few minutes, which would cause your brain to become waterlogged which can be fatal.

I think that you can drink as much water as you want.
