Contemplating 1st Cylce... Advice please!

I'm 26(almost 27), 5'9", 185lbs, with I'm guessing about 18-20% BF. I lifted off and on while younger, but I've been training consistenly for 2 years now. In the past two years I've put on about 40lbs from working out and eating a lot. However, here in the last 6 months or so I really haven't been making any gains. I started eating even more and it seems most of it turned into fat around my midsection. I eat pretty healthy with only minimal cheating... I don't have gifted genetics and I'm not sure how much bigger I can get naturally so I was thinking about trying out a cylce. I was looking at the 'Novice Cycles' posted on this site:

I would appreciate any advice as to if this would be a good cycle for me? Appreciate the help! Thanks...

if ur BF is accurate, u should work on bringing that down 1st before thinking about any cycles.

Yeah.. not sure what the BF is... I got it done twice and my local gym and my results were pretty different both times. Done by the same person but I don't think she knew what she was doing... About a month and a half ago she measured about 13% and then a month later at 17%... I was consistenly working out the whole time so I don't see how I could have put that much BF on... so I just estimate on the higher side...

Ok ok... pics will be coming this weeekend, but I got my BF measured using the 3 skin-fold method and 4 skin-fold method.. both come out to be around 14.5% BF... any suggestions on the above cylce? Thanks.
