Yea, 25mg 30-60 minutes before activity is good. 100mg is a LOT! 25-50 should be more than sufficient.

I take 100 mgs every time and never have a problem at all , and yes i can get it up on my own but to go a long time it helps , but i have switched to cialis 4 squirts and your good to go for 36 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took the whole pill one time (100mg) and it gave me a super hard-on that was like a steel rod Anyways after I nutted the first time it took about another 30 mintues and I was ready to go again but I actually waited another 2 hours because I had to do something but it'll give you a hard on almost on command. 100 mg is a lot! Start low and see how it works for you. Work your way up to the dose that you need for the effect that you desire. So I'd start with 1/4 a pill and if you're happy stay there. If you're not happy then work your way up to 1/2 pill and on to a whole pill.
