Joints hurt real bad

Hey guys last night I woke up with my wrist and all the joints in my hard hurting really bad. Im on test e 500mg/wk, is the only way to stop this to add another compound like eq or deca because i dont have any money.

No try glucosamine wit MSM, but wont kick in until about 4 weeks. Did you go really heavy on an exercise? Are you drinking enough water? Is the Test e the only gear youre taking, no winny?

Im drinking 1 gallon a day, but yes I did go really heavy on the lifting yesterday, yea im only on test.

is the glucosamine wit MSM an injectable or otc

OTC bro, maybe b/c you went really heavy your joints couldnt take it. See your muscles tend to grow faster than your joints and tendons take to get stronger. Just take it a little easier but slowly build up. Hey BTW, nickm where's the vid you were going to send me? :lol:

glucosomine/chondroiten and MSM.. worked beautifully for me... took about 2 weeks to really start working...

You can take either the glucosomine/ msm or the glucosomine/chondroiten
the Gluco/MSM is cheaper but not as good IMO

Sam's Wholesale here sells Glucosomine and chondroiten with MSM. I think it is 3000 mg of gluc and 3000 mg of chon and 500 mg of the MSM. But it does have all three... and it has been a godsend for me bro.

Yeah, and its priced pretty decent too... I am in Missouri so I hope it is available where you are at...it is in a white bottle with a green and white label and red cap... hope that helps...
