yes you can mate,people will say not to run eq and deca in the same course but i have read plenty of posts where people have used both together and had great results,i am 2 weeks int a test eq n deca + winny at the end cycle myself,wanted to try it out for myself,if i dont like it i wont do it again.

i dont really like deca and EQ in the same cycle..which ever you choose to run, run it 14 wks
