advice for PCT/2nd cycle

My wife tossed out my written plan for PCT :evil2: that I have gathered from this board. I am on week 6 of test E, 500mg/week, plan on running for 12 weeks. Frontloaded with 4 weeks of anadrol 50mg/day. Please help me with these questions:

1. I have clomid,nolva on hand. I know I should start 4 weeks after last injection, but should I do 100/day or cycle the dose? Do I need anything else?

2. How soon should I start cycle #2 and what is the best second cycle. Thank you guys for your replies. As always this site kicks A S S!

1. you start 3 weeks after the last shot and you can use clomid either 300/100/50 or just run it 300/100. Pct is not written in stone. You dont need anything else.

2. A general rule of thumb is if your cycle was 12 weeks then you should stay off for 12 weeks. That also is not written in stone.

I appreciate the info. Everyone always says cycle #1 should be test E only, any advice on cycle #2?

yup, make it through cycle one and research on cycle two in the mean time.
