What is the exact number of posts that one must aquire in order to PM people, mod, vet, anybody? I read 10,15,25,50? Is there an answer? whats the deal with this?

I think the magic number is around 25ish. But they're trying to raise it....don't know to what number. It's to avoid scammers PMing sources I guess?

My first step would be to check my control panel and make sure I have pm's activated.

Many complain they cannot pm, yet they never go and physically turn them on.

you have to be a member for at least 5-7 days before you can use the PM's.And 25 post, which you already have.

It was like that for me.
