cutting prop

when ppl, cut there prop with oil do you put it in the syringe just before the injection or mix it in the vial of prop to make it sterile?

ok im getting oil from lemange and will be filtering it,if i put 10ml of oil in 10ml of prop could i not just take 2ml instead of 1ml to get 100mg/ml?

i would not do that i would have to separate vials to make sure i get a evern dose.
