    Exclamation prop course advice

    hey there, i am thinking of running prop 0.5ml every day for 6 wks, it is my 4th course. anyone have a better solution for how to use prop to get the best results? thanks guys

    Im running BD prop 100 right now and im shooting 100mg ED. My adivce to you would be too shoot 100mg ED...

    Run 100mg/EOD or 50-75mg/ED for a first time Prop user IMO.

    you can run the prop on a short 6 week course thats no prob mate but i would prefer a longer course of at least 10 weeks,and i would run 75-100 mg daily but if you aint run prop before i would think ud get decent results off 50 mg ed.

    perfect advice, this is what i would have wrote, but ya beat me to it.... start at 75 bro, prop works fast and effective.... bump up when you plateau, at like week 6...
