"Tapering down" letro doses

I read in Hookers profile of letro (femara) that he was doing doses of 2.5 mg per day and "tapered down" to doses of .25 mg per day to get rid of gyno.

Over what time period do you taper down ? Is 60 days the norm ?

Also would I stop using nolva when I take the letro, and save the nolva for PCT?

I am using 10 mg per day of nolva out of concern for gyno.

I read Hookers Letro profile as well. And correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he say .25mg/day of letro is sufficent. He said that is what he uses. Where do you get 2.5mg a day??? Would love to know if I am wrong because I am planning to run some letro with next cycle.

Here was someones elses opinion.......Don't taper the dosage

Run it at 1.25 EOD throughout your cycle

If you're only using Test Prop your PCT will start 3 days after your last injection

Continue to run the Letro during these 3 days, and for a further 3 days after

!! Letro should overlap your PCT by 3 days !!

Use Nolvadex and Clomid during PCT

BUT: Start Clomid after you finish taking the Letro
(Clomid starts 3 days after the Nolvadex)

Only overlap the Letro and the Nolvadex - The Nolvadex will stop any estrogen rebound

Do not overlap the Clomid and Letro as the Clomid reacts badly with Letro

I started with 2.25 ed for a week, reduced to 1.25 ed for a week, now at 1.25 eod and will continue to taper to avoid estrogen rebound....not sure if this is the way to do it but it seems to make sense

How would you go about this if you were only going to run it for 3wks before starting pct. The only reason why I'm concidering this is to get rid of fat deposits and water. I heard letro works great for this, just made my own tonight at 5mg/ml. 100mL should last me a long time. Hopefully I can get this question answered tomorrow, because I was planning on taking some tomorrow

Did this kill your sex drive? That sounds like a lot. I was gonna do .25-.5 everyday. If I ran into troubles than I would up a little. I was looking at 1.25 eod as a higher number. Are you using during a cycle or just for pct?

What I read in hookers profile was to use .25 mg per day to prevent gyno and water bloat.

But I also read that at one time he used 2.5 mg per day (and "tapered down" to .25 mg per day) specifically to get rid of existing gyno. Hence the question as to over what time period should the "tapering down" occur.

You do not taper the dosage of Letro

You take Nolvadex to stop any Estrogen rebound

If you have any doubts go into the ARR forum and ask Lion
