i have cypionate an qv bold never done cycle need to learn

ok, IMO if you want to run your first cycle I would run
1 – 10 Test Cyp 400mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolva 10mg ED


Start PCT 18 days after last Test Cyp injection

Ok, PCT start times are different depending on what AS you use. PCT normally includes the use of clomid and nolva, even some l-dex. And depending on how long your cycle was is how long you run PCT. Cycles 8-16 weeks you run it for 30 days anything else longer you need to run it differently.

read the cycle I posted earlier in the thread & you can run it for 12 weeks if youd like, that'll tell you what you run ED. For PCT run this

Day 1-30 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

10mg ED Nolva wks 1-12

Wait till your next cycle. What I posted for you is a good 1st cycle. I used it when I did my first cycle and I got good gains.
