If you aspirate and you get air your good to go. If you aspirate and get blood, then what......Can you still use the gear in needle that has blood?

Yeah the blood is good to go back in your body, just make sure you inject again into a dfferent spot.

b/c that spot you just finished trying to inject is sensitive b/c you may have poked through or into a vein, so you pick another spot so it's fresh.

The main reason you aspirate is because you want to know if you are in a vein or not. When you draw blood during aspiration, indicates that you are in a vein. You must not continue with the injeciton process because the last thing you want to do is inject gear directly into your bloodstream, take the needle out, switch the needle with a new one and inject again. You may aspirate again, this time if no blood is present you just inject the gear with the blood already in the syringe back in your body.
