    Prop Pain And Workingout

    Is it normal to be so sore from Prop that you cant work out? My third week on, and i've worked out only 3 times because i've been unable to lift much of anything after tricep shots..

    Prop-100mg ED 1-4 weeks
    Enth-600mg per week 1-15 weeks
    PCT

    I have gained about 8 pounds, yet not really showing through the tape measure anywhere? A quarter inch on the arms (after the swelling goes down from the shot days later) Waist the same..

    Bro don't shoot the tri's or bi's with prop unless u have stuff with low ba.
    Stick to the delts, quads, and glutes.
    You can get some injectable b12 and cut the shots or some sterile oil.
    Inject slower and rub the injection site afterwards.
    Props a b!tch but the gains are nice!

    I am using BD prop at the moment. I shoot in the quads, tri's and delts. I feel a general sort of aching, but nothing too bad... yet.

    i usually inject in whatever muscle i worked that day. that gives you a good week for the pain to subside until your next workout of that muscle.

    Just suck it up and ignore the pain, u will get used to it.

    i am just bumpin mbarasos advice bro, it is exactly what you need to do. i am on tren /prop now i only shoot glutes, delts, and pecs

    I shoot prop in bis,tris,delts and glutes.sore for the first couple of weeks than no pain at all.

    I love these kind of answers.... the guy has been sucking it up for 3 weeks and it is not getting better. Geeez and how do you ignore pain? Now to my poor bro I feel your pain. I can only shoot in the glutes now. And pecs once in a while. Try sticking with the glutes most of the time they seem to be the least painful. Good luck.... 25 gauge pin will work and will be even easier to push if it is a 3cc compared to 5cc.

    bump to Mark.. I had to shoot the glutes only for the first 4 weeks... now I can shoot most spots and only a small amount of discomfort for one day. Your body has to get used to it....

    Thanks bro, prop can be a bitch so much that many of the bros on here WILL NOT use it at all!
