    First Time, need help

    Hey people,
    Im new to this and i had a question. I am starting Sustenol liquid 250 cc bottles and i have the pokes, I was wandering what the correct dosage would be for someone like me just starting off?

    that's not enough. you will want to run at least 10 weeks and I would suggest 500 mg per week.
