my next cycle is going to be:

300mg deca weekly
500mg sustinol weekly
and 0.5 aramidex daily to prevent gyno and acne i will take vitamine b5 aswell!!!

what do you think????
how shall i spilt the injections (days)?????

looks good to me. you could up the dose of deca to 400mg. just make sure you shoot the sust eod. also run b-6 for the deca.

test is test regardless of the ester. There's no guarantee that one ester wont give you acne while another one will. To really get the best results from sust it is commonly recommend to shoot eod to keep blood levels stable, thus reducing chances of sides, b/c of the prop ester in there

but if i inject eod one week i inject 750 mg and the following week 1000mg a thats to much for me!!! you think i can inject sunday and wed ???? or its bad

you need to shoot 3/4 of a amp that will wok out to be just about 600mg a week.

lol if you think 500mg to 600mg will make a diff in acne wrong. if you dont wont to run 3/4 eod run 1/2 that would be 450mg week

i think i buy test e of schering 250mg per ml and i inject twice weekly? what do you think?

i like test-e better then sust i think you should do that. the test-e will also be pain less for the most part.
