I read on here that to get the most out of your sust you should do it eod, that way you get the most out of your prop.
ed or eod to get the most out of it
shooting it 2x/wk wouldnt be sufficient
They say that its better to shot eod, but I got great gains on one shot a week. Personally I don't think that it matters unless your concerned with your blood levels
the more even your blood levels are the less side effects you will encounter. If it's a comfort thing and you want to shoot it once or twice a week enjoy your back looking like a dart board, maybe your face too...
yup blood levels fuctuating = sides.. and everytime you decide to swich injection days you'll probably get sides due to blood levels changing
EOD is best, switch up inj. sites if you're getting sore
you are exactly on the week where i was when i decided to go EOD.. DO IT!!! no matter what day it falls on.. keep it EOD till the end.

E3D is fine with sustanon, enanthate, cyp. EOD is optimal, but E3D is fine. The fluctuations in blood levels are not going to make that much difference between the two.
