Don't think in terms so much as "wheres the most painful" but how about "where is the most dangerous?"

Well I have the skill of a nurse. Im not worried about danger as much as pain.
I'm thinkin the most painful perhaps you've already thought of and mentioned as "except maybe one" :)
hit both sides of your thighs and ass if you want least painful

Calves = most painful for me.
Try pecs, they are my favorite, easy to hit & painless.
