    cycle and pct plan, needed imput

    for those of you who don't already know here are my stats.

    5'10"
    170 pd. gained since last post.
    9% body fat
    22 years old.

    I'm going to be going on a test E only 500mg per week for 12 weeks and here is what I have planned for a PCT afterward, let me know what you think and make any suggestions if needed. oh, yeah, I probably wont be starting this cycle for a while yet but I just want to make sure that I have everything in order for when I do want to actually start it.

    taper cycle (pct)
    wk 1-2 Clomid 100mg/ED
    wk 2-4 Clomid 50 mg/ED
    wk 1-4 nolva 20 mg/ED
    optional
    wk 1-4 creatine 5 mg/ED
    wk 1-4 glutamine 10 mg/ED

    multivitamins and 1000 mg/ED Vit C included with Omega-3s and a zinc and magnesium supplement.
    -increasing calories training hard and resting 8-9 hours a night.

    how's this look to every one?

    some one metioned whey to me. do you think that would be a good Idea for while on my pct?
