when to take stanzol?

Hi Guys,
I need some help, I'm wondering when do i consume stanzols to maximise gains? Currently I'm consuming about 6 pills a day, splitting into 2 servings per day. I was told to consume once in the morning and once in the evening does it helps? I get more perked up while i consume stanzol, so should I just consume one serving in the morning, when i usually work out and once in the evening? So, which is better to consume it before my work out or after my workout? Plus how does stanzol helps in cutting cycles? Do they work like those ephedra products which it's better to consume before your workout to gain maximum benefits? Help help help!!!
