    Anavar

    I just got given 25 Anavar 20mg caps but is it worth adding to a cycle either at the beginning or end? And would i just run 1 cap a day or 2.

    need to do at least 60mg a day to get anything out of Var IMO, you dont have enough

    one of my friend's had the ...........ugl.............. 10 mg anavar he was only taking 3 a day and he said it worked good for him at 3 a day so i dont think everybody has to do 60 mg's a day or higher for it to work well

    You need more. Save 'em for a future cycle.
