free winny tabs from buddy

yesterday my buddy gave me 28 bd 10mg tabs they he had left over from his cycle

! monday i am supposed to start my cycle of test e for 12 weeks.. how should i take these tabs & how many a day?? or should i do it before i start test?? my bf is about 12% currently and 185lbs

well since youre really should take 50mg/day, those will only last you 5 1/2 days so either get more or dont use them until you get more b/c you'll just be wasting them if you do
