    injectable b-12

I dont no if this should be in this forum or the supplement forum but anyways would it be good to inject b-12 only? Im 18 so i dont plan to do roids until about 20 or so but would just injecting b12 be okay? or not?

In my oppinion B-12 supplementation, unless needed is a waste to inject...really theres no point in the hassle. But if you just want to inject something for the sake of injecting I cant argue with that.

I have been asking a lot of questions about b12 lately and as I have learned it is a really good antioxident and increases energy and stimulates appetite. I think anyone who is at the gym on a regular basis looking to bulk either naturally or with gear should use injectable b12. If I were 18 again looking to build naturally before I got on roids(smart move) then I would for sure take b12 to help with this.

I agree with Taylor.... from what Ive heard from my friends that arent doing the juice, they say they sometimes have a surge of energy for theyre workouts. They started theyre B-12 when I started cutting my sust with it... I would say go for it!!
